El artículo discute la lectura que hace Habermas de la filosofía política de Kant en ‘Facticidad y Validez’ a partir de la hipótesis de que por abrazar una forma de ‘la tesis de la dependencia’ él deduce consecuencias teóricas no compatibles con la ‘Metafísica de las Costumbres’. El trabajo se divide en tres secciones: la primera, explicita qué es la tesis de la dependencia y por qué afirmo que Habermas adhiere a ella; la segunda, muestra por qué dicha tesis lleva a Habermas a una lectura de la filosofía política de Kant en términos de filosofía de la conciencia; y la tercera, muestra que la Doctrina del Derecho ofrece serias resistencias a la lectura de Habermas.
This article discuss against Habermas´ reading of Kant´s political philosophy in ‘Between Facts and Norms’, based in the hypothesis that he deduces from the ‘thesis of dependence’ some theoretical consequences which are incompatible with the ‘Metaphysic of Morals’. This work is divided in three sections: the first one explains what the ‘thesis of dependence’ means, and why I affirm Habermas stands for it; second section shows why that thesis makes Habermas read Kant´s political philosophy in terms of ‘philosophy of consciousness’. And the third section shows that the ‘Doctrine of Right’ resists seriously Habermas´ reading.
