This paper offers a presentation and some conclusions of a compara-tive studybetween Theresa of Jesus and Rābi‘a al-‘Adawiyya, and this promotes the knowledge, the respect and the dialog among the cultures. The conclusions are organized around four main ideas: mystical theology of experience, experien-ce of women’s liberation, mystical literature and dialogic teaching.
