Las funciones del intelecto en Spinoza son la de dirigir la acción del hombre hacia una existencia plena y la de mostrar la verdad de la Naturaleza como un conjunto de relaciones necesarias. Este escrito analiza ambas funciones y se pregunta por la posibilidad de hacerlas compatibles.
Two are the goals of human intellect in Spinoza: address human action to his flourishment and explain the truth of Nature as a whole of necessary relationships. This paper analyzes these two different goals asking for their compatibility.
