The concept of post-photography is one of the most fertiles in contemporary aesthetics. In this article we intend to study the possible participation of migrant populations in the post-photographic condition. Besides, we will comment, within the theory of post-photography, on three images and audiovisual artworks linked to migration in the 21st century. Through them, the possible application of the concept of post-photography to works related to migration will be shown. Moreover, reflecting on these artworks, we believe we can locate some limits to the concept of post-photography and its political potentiality.
