In this article, I approach to the idea of justice held by the Hispanic-Mexican philosopher Adolfo Sánchez Vázquez. For doing this, I will take into account some of his main works, but even more I will consider his minor works because they glimpse in a better way his conception of justice, and show the close relationship between such idea and the Marxist and socialist tenets. To do this it will be also important to consider Sánchez Vázquez’ life as well as to consider his context, that is, take into consideration since his experience in the Spanish Civil war to his exile in Mexico in the second half of 20th century.
