Sustainable development as a legal horizon: a future vision for Colombian Law

The following paper presents the first research progress on the Right to Development and Sustainable Development as its founding principle. This paper provides an approach to the concept of sustainable and sustainable development and the relationship between it and the law; to finally state the context in which it is in the Colombian legal system and propose as hypotheses certain premises that are the beginning of all this investigation.
