EL DOPAJE GENÉTICO, LA ÉTICA DEL DEPORTE Y LA SOCIEDAD TRANSHUMANISTA
Resumen
El aumento genético en el rendimiento deportivo parece inevitable y por lo tanto, es necesario establecer criterios racionales sobre el dopaje genético. Una estrategia para establecer estos parámetros normativos es atender a dos criterios: la extensión de los efectos del tratamiento y el tipo de intervención genética. Habiendo examinado estas posibilidades de modificación genética en relación con el deporte se pueden sugerir algunas conclusiones: 1) Mejora somática Intervenciones: su aplicación en el deporte podría calificarse como legítima. 2) modificaciones somáticas transhumanas: su aplicación en el deporte podría calificarse de ilegítima por el principio de igualdad entre competidores; 3) Mejoras en las líneas germinales e intervenciones transhumanas en líneas germinales: ambos casos se verían afectados por el principio de daño.Descargas
