Abstract

This article explores the approach to aesthetics in the philosophy of Gilbert Simondon, delimited in his Theory of Transductivity, and the process of individuation, which is reflected in the framework of hypermodernity, and a new conception of art; to move it towards the interpretation of the creative process and artistic production in the very expression of bio art, through the piece Nature? by the artist Marta de Menezes.  Thus, the transductive act is observed as an inherent element in the process of creation, typical of a critical art, which develops in the world of the biologies of the possible, where the close and dependent relationship between the technical object and the technical being, as Simondon puts it, is explored. Therefore, in this article, the transductive act is proposed as an element that is possible to identify in the processes of artistic creation in bio art.
