La Seguridad Social alrededor del mundo pese a su reconocimiento como derecho fundamental depende básicamente de las políticas internacionales que establecen los propios países para su regulación. Este trabajo realiza un estudio del Convenio de Seguridad Social suscrito entre Perú y España, partiendo desde la necesidad de su regulación y el reconocimiento del derecho de seguridad social de forma efectiva en ambos países.
