Abstract

We are in the middle of a labor reform process, quite atypical because a succession of specific measures is taking place, focused on specific issues, one of which is related to the management of subcontracting. This has its interest, because it is not one that is usually present in the great reform packages.

Our regulatory model is characterized by some keys that have been in our laws for a long time, as a result more of a process of refinement and improvement than of a conscious construction in a single model. This model is characterized by a series of notes, which in recent times have been called into question.

In this work these keys are identified, and it is explained how some of them have changed or are about to do so.
