Cartographie des géo-ressources du plateau de Lakhssas et du massif d’Ifni (Maroc): une perspective géomatique et géotechnique

Se llevó a cabo una evaluación exhaustiva de los recursos geográficos de la meseta de Lakhssas y el macizo de Ifni para optimizar la ubicación de las canteras. La metodología empleada se basó en la caracterización geomecánica de los afloramientos rocosos, junto con un análisis espacial mediante un Sistema de Información Geográfica (SIG). Se utilizó un muestreo representativo para realizar pruebas geotécnicas en el laboratorio. Los resultados se clasificaron según las normas marroquíes y europeas. La integración de estos datos en el SIG generó una cartografía geotécnica que delimita cinco clases de potencial de explotación: Alto, Medio, Bajo, Muy Bajo y Nulo. El análisis espacial reveló que aproximadamente el 72% del área de estudio presenta un alto potencial. Este enfoque integrado, basado en datos de campo y SIG, proporciona una herramienta robusta de apoyo a la decisión para la gestión sostenible de los recursos extractivos y la preservación del patrimonio geológico, estableciendo un marco metodológico riguroso para el desarrollo responsable del sector de las canteras.
