Gender Equality Policy

The Laboratorio de Arte declares its commitment to gender equality through the following practices.

Editorial involvement:

The Laboratorio de Arte will adopt measures to guarantee a minimum percentage of 40% of women in the composition of its different editorial bodies (Management, Edition, Secretary, Editorial Committee and Editorial Boards), as well 40 % of women as among the people who evaluate our publications.

Use of inclusive language:

The Laboratorio de Arte recommends the use of inclusive language in all proposed scientific articles. To achieve this goal, it invites you to avoid the use of the generic masculine and to consult the following guidelines for a non-sexist use of language.

Gender equality in research:

The Laboratorio de Arte will especially value those works that take gender into account, in order to allow the identification of possible differences, as well as those works whose contents, objectives and methodology promote a critical analysis of gender relations.
