VALDÉS LEAL, ESCULTOR. APORTACIÓN A SU CATÁLOGO

Abstract

This paper provide a general evaluation of Valdés Leal as a sculptor, a rather unknow of his astistic activity. Simultaneously, we attempt to document his autorship of the statue of the Virgen del Rosario, which presides the altarpiece placed in the Holy Sacrament's Chapel in the parish church of San Andrés (Seville).
