This work means the rediscovery of a Spanish light opera, “Soleares trianeras”, composed and released in 1930 by Emigdio Mariani, and I keep which probably is the last remaining copy of both the libretto and the original music. This masterpiece, trapped in space and time, follows the same typology of the most conventional liric shows of old Seville. Everything in that piece is conservative, so rather than an innovative intention, this piece helps us to get even closer to the mentality Seville people had, considerably far away from musical proposals that were being developed along Spain and Europe.
