Abstract

The visit to Seville of the American marriage formed by the diplomat and jurist Caleb Cushing and his wife Caroline, in January, 1830, constitutes an interesting contribution for the knowledge of the artistic Sevillian world and the image that the city projects in the Anglo-Saxon countries.
