Although the formal relationship between architectural silvermithing and ephemeral art at the beginning of modern times in Spain were established some decades ago, its study hardly has been developed throughout those times. The analysis of some artistic works from Seville, especially those of Manierismo, let infer some infl uences between both artistic disciplines during this time, and even a curious likeness in the formal resources when some aspects of the architectural design are faced.
