Abstract

Architect and sculptor José Fernando de Medinilla had remainded practically unknown until José Gestoso y Pérez wrote about him in 1899. Heliodoro Sancho Corbacho would contribute to a better knowledge of Medinilla’s life and worksby bringing out new data in 1934. This paper examines the contract for the building of a reredos for St. Eustace’s Parish Church.
