Abstract

The pictorial personality of polifacetic autor Helios Gomez (Seville 1905 – Barcelona 1956) merits a more interest by scholars of XX century plastic arts, due to his important role in the begining and developments of the fi rst Vanguardias. He is an autor which, actually, at the same time as ideological questions surrounding tragic Spain’s history becoming overcomed, is being discovered.
