EL RETABLO DE SAN JOSÉ Y LA IMPLANTACIÓN NEOCLÁSICA EN LA CATEDRAL DE SEVILLA

In this article is studied the buiding process of St. Joseph altartable, the most important neoclassical demostration in the Cathedral of Seville, starting off the papers which come from the archive of the temple. In the same way its architecture and sculptures are analysed, made by members of the academies from Madrid and Valencia, putting in relation to the artistic rules dealed by Charles III and Charles IV.
