Abstract

This work provides a drawing never used before and new documents about the first proyect, not developed yet, of Antonio Gonzalez’s dwelling house located in Avenida de la Constitución, number 24-26 (anciently Calle Gran Capitán, number 46). The first proyect, totally different from the second and final proyect with new shapes, belonged to the classical regionalist style that Espiau developed during his plenitude stage.
