Abstract

This article studies several probable sevillian silver pieces kept in the Alcalá Magistral Cathedral and their graphic sources in a german engraving by Corvinian Saur and in the Varia Commesuración by Juan de Arfe. We also establish their probable arrival at Alcalá through Bernardo de San do val y Rojas archbishop.
