Abstract

After several years spent cataloguing the scores and other musical documents preserved in the Convent of Santa Inés, we begin in this article an examination of the work of the composer Don Buenaventura Iñiguez, who in our view is the most important, as regards both the number of manus­cripts and the quality of his music.
