ARTICLES:

The Article is a work that deals in depth with a subject, that is supported by a critical apparatus and that also clearly indicates the handling of hypotheses to be resolved. The maximum length is 35 pages (including bibliography).

COMMENTARIES:

The Commentary may be based on certain document(s) or situation(s) to be studied specifically. It does not have a critical apparatus as it is more descriptive of the phenomenon under study. There are no hypotheses to be tested. The maximum length is 25 pages (this length includes the bibliography).

REVIEWS:

The Review is a work in which the main ideas of a recently published work are presented, from a critical and analytical perspective, relating to topics of interest to the journal. They should be works related to Law and science written by the authors with the greatest impact. The books to be reviewed must have been published no more than two years prior to the publication of the issue of Ius et Scientia that contains them. The body of the work is indicated, as well as its bibliographic record. The maximum length is 5 pages.
