In this work, the author analyzes how different technological means of investigation are especially useful in the fight against urban crimes. The author also analyzes how due respect for privacy collides with the possibilities of action offered by these modern and sophisticated means of intrusion.
This is the case, for example, with digital orthophotography and the use of drones, which are particularly efficient in this field.
