LAS REGRESIONES DEL DERECHO AMBIENTAL COMO CAUSA DE AUMENTO DEL RIESGO SOBRE GRUPOS VULNERABLES
Abstract
El presente estudio lleva a cabo un estudio evolutivo de recientes normas ambientales en España que vienen a confirmar la tendencia a la reducción de los niveles de protección ambiental alcanzados antes de la crisis económica que comienza a manifestarse con toda su intensidad a partir de 2008. Esa tendencia regresiva analizada pone en riesgo la protección del medio ambiente, especialmente, a aquellos grupos humanos que por su vulnerabilidad más expuestos se encuentran a sufrir la reducción de los estándares de protección.
