The artistic trajectory of the Sevillian printmakers Francisco Gordillo and Diego San Román y Codina is analyzed. United by profession and family ties, although very unequal engravers, depending on their clients, they monopolized the production of devotional prints in Seville in the second half of the 18th century. However, their activity transcended beyond and Gordillo became an engraver in the mint of Mexico, while San Román y Codina was a founding member of the Academy of the Three Noble Arts of Seville.
