Abstract

This article analyzes the evolution of the concept of occupational accidents in the field of teleworking from before the 2019 health crisis up to the present day. After examining its development and normative regulation, a series of judgments are reviewed to determine the jurisprudential criteria that contribute to its delimitation. The rulings have been selected and organized chronologically, from before COVID-19 to the present, and according to the media impact of their legal reasoning and judgment, with the aim of understanding how its concept has evolved in relation to teleworking over the past few years.
