Abstract

ABSTRACT: The present essay proposes a critical and reasoned analysis of the legal situation that characterizes, in Italy, the issue of gender-based violence, with special reference to the profile of the social and labour market inclusion of victims. Considering the phenomenon “gender-based violence” in its conceptual dimension, the Italian normative framework is taken into consideration, both at national and regional level, in order to then reason on a case study represented, in particular, by the social and labour market inclusion of “doubly vulnerable” victims by reason of their delicate status of migrants. Finally, some concluding reflections are proposed.
