Abstract

The idea of ​​Gerd Achenbach to apply knowledge and skills acquired in philosophical studies to the treatment of everyday human problems came to light in 1981. Today, that idea is a widespread movement in almost all European and American countries. Sales success achieved by Plato not Prozac written by has popularized this idea. That book reports on different areas that philosophy can be used: persons and groups. However, it is an activity that involves a certain conception of the nature of philosophy and also it studies how philosopher can enhance thinking to tackle its problems.
