Abstract

The drastic structural changes experienced in the audiovisual sector in recent decades have in the porn industry the most crystalline example of how aspects of the economic dimension of production dramatically affect to the evolution (or involution) of its grammar and narrative construction. The contemporary audiovisual pornography has expanded its presence in the daily life of the population (because of its greater ease of access), increased to the absolute limits its guiding principle of maximum visibility, spectacularized the sex encounters and radicalized the extreme and violent practices.
