Comunicación. Revista Internacional de Comunicación Audiovisual, Publicidad y Estudios Culturales (Communication. International Journal of Audiovisual Communication, Advertising and Cultural Studies) is an semiannual scientific publication, whose objective is academic research on topics related to audiovisual communication, advertising, public relations, propaganda and cultural studies.International Journal of Audiovisual Communication, Advertising and Cultural Studies is an annual scientific journal The journal also aims to promote theory and research in communication.
For all these reasons, the thematic focus of Communication is basically limited to research objects in the area of knowledge of "audiovisual communication and advertising", although it also admits research focused on fields related to this area, such as cultural studies.
Accordingly, the journal's target audience includes, in general, lecturers and researchers in the Social Sciences and Humanities, and, in particular, lecturers and researchers in the "audiovisual communication and advertising" area.
