Abstract: in this article, we explore the argentine magazine Caras y Caretas between ist launch in 1898 until 1910. Considering the rol played by spanirad and the spanish in the wwekly, we seek to make the circulation of the argentine magazine in Spain visible, the people between two continents as well as the role played by Caras y Caretas in the dissemination pf a certain spanish ideology regarding the Centennial Argentina.
