Abstract

This study attempts to present a visible and the variable that took all founding families of political administrative centre of the city of Santa Fe, the Argentine coast. The sources used are rolls, registration ecclesiastical, wills, deeds and assignments, as well as the rereading of texts dealing with known history villagers, local and regional levels. At what point and why is divided ownership rules to give daughters rather than sons?, It is possible that a head of household is the prolonged absence by how long the husband from home?, What's happening with divorces, of which there are minimal records, and in the parish or files civilians? Too many unanswered questions right now, but which are outlined when he examines the complex process of women, with or without legal backing, assuming the reality of a head family in the broadest sense of the term.
