THE CORRESPONDENCE IN THE BUROCRATIC INQUISITORIAL FRAMEWORK OF AMERICA CORDOBA COMISSION, XVIII CENTURY

Abstract

In this paper, we will look into the role of correspondence in the Spanish Inquisition administrative bureaucracy, it’s uses, forms and goals, to be able to emphasize particularly, the correspondence exchanged between the inquisitors of Lima (Peru) and the ones of the Córdoba Comission (Argentina), during more than two centuries.
