Abstract
In this article we immerse our studies in the Peru vian properties of Hernando Pizarro in Porco. The ranch, it would seem, was not as profitable at the outset as has previously been as serted. Hernando’s own statements, along with account staken by his administrator Gabriel Velázquez from June, 1548 to August, 1551, haveled us to a better understanding of the reality.
