Abstract
In this article we analyze as struggles between political factions forced to attend a few languages that made references to social differences, which had significant importance so that the subaltern sectors to organize their experiences of living in a society divided by racial, economic, factors of social poise and political power. We pay attention to movements who suffered that language of a racial emphasis during the first half of the 19th century, to an emphasis on the economic and social during the second half of that century.
