Abstract

The conformation of Spanish-American society, like all societies and all historical processes, produced heterogeneous results throughout its settlements. The foundations were never counterparts and were always determined by contextual conditions, environmental and materials, anchored to the natural wealth or produced over time. This characteristic heterogeneity was expressed in all its aspects; here we will highlight its manifestation from the hand of earthquakes and vulnerability.
