Abstract

ABSTRACT: After analysing the possible role of collective bargaining in the fight against gender violence and its reflection in the successive Interconfederal Collective Bargaining Agreements, the paper addresses a quantitative and qualitative study of this treatment in the Spanish collective agreements of recent years, analysing their frequency and the characteristics of such agreements. Finally, the essay study the models and the content of this conventional regulation, paying special attention to the main novelties incorporated in these texts.
