Abstract

ABSTRACT: This study, framed in the cultural history of animals, look into medieval castilian mentality in relation with bestiality. To this aim, a dissertation about the constitution of bestiality as a crime, a sin and a stigma along medieval Europe is proposed, with special attention to Castile. In second term, we discussed around the rol, criminality and execution of animals implicated in bestiality trials.
