ABSTRACT: In documentary terms, the 13th century was a moment of renewal largely promoted by Alfonso X. Certainly, innovations did not occur at the same rate in all the territories of the Castilian crown. Córdoba is one of the most innovative spaces, therefore, it is interesting to analyze how the changes were incorporated, since it is observed that the composition of the notarial document from the end of the century varied considerably with respect to the oldest ones.
