La nobleza andaluza de finales de la Edad Media: los Guzmanes de Córdoba.

Resumen

RESUMEN: El objetivo del trabajo es el estudio de la rama cordobesa del linaje andaluz de los Guzmanes. En la primera parte del estudio, hemos llevado a cabo un estudio prosopográfico,que nos ha permitido identificar a los numerosos miembros de esa familia. Posteriormente, hemos analizado el nivel de rentas del linaje, estudiando el patrimonio que llegaron a acumular sus distintos componentes.

ABSTRACT: The purpose of this paper is to study the Cordoba branch of the Andalusian lineage of the Guzmans. In the fi rst part of the paper I have undertaken a prosopographical study, which has permitted the identifi cation of numerous members of the family. Then I have continued with the analysis of their income through the study of the possessions which the family had accumulated over the years.
