Configuration of power and disposition of rights. Materials on domination and difference from Martin Heidegger, Theodor W. Adorno and Alain Badiou

Abstract

The paper questions the factual possibility of the opening of places of difference as a condition required for all non-totalitarian political action -and far beyond this attention. Tentatively carrying out a critical revision of the scope of the notions of “the human” and, in its jusnaturalist derivation, “human right”, taking as a starting point the constellation formed, in its diversity and distance, by the texts of Martin Heidegger, Theodor W. Adorno and Alain Badiou. This critical revision obeys the possible need to evaluate the –inapparent– dominating scope of these notions. The text for intrinsic reasons denies the textual format “article” to articulate itself as a set of materials in constellation.
