Cuadernos de Economía de la Cultura is a biannual scientific journal devoted to the critical and multidisciplinary analysis of cultural phenomena from an economic perspective. Published in Spanish and English and linked to the Research Group “Economic Analysis and Political Economy – SEJ-359,” the journal is supported by the Andalusian Observatory for Cultural Economics and Development (Oikos). Its mission is to provide a rigorous platform for the study, discussion, and dissemination of research on the economics of culture and the humanities, as well as on the interaction between creative processes and economic development.

Its relevance lies in its ability to bring together experts from diverse fields to explore topics such as the social impact of cultural industries, heritage, cultural policies, and the management of resources in the cultural sector. Additionally, the journal is indexed in major university catalogues and networks, such as REBIUN, and maintains a strong commitment to open access, offering bibliographic resources, tables of contents, and author indexes for researchers, academics, and students interested in cultural economics.
