In the geopolitical reconfiguration that the planet is undergoing, a key region such as the Middle East is no stranger to the interest of old and new powers. And one of them, Russia, which already has a presence and influence in the region, is trying to become a global geopolitical actor once again.
The war in Ukraine has had a powerful impact on a global scale and in the region; it is analysed whether this conflict - in addition to Israel's war in Gaza that began in 2023 - has generated the collapse of Moscow as a military power in the region, whether it has contributed to creating strong ties with Iran or whether it has led to a crisis in its relationship with Israel.
